Parent & Student Portal Password Policy Update 🔑

All ASCENDER portals now follow the same updated password standard:

  • 16 or more characters (Mix of upper and lower case letters)
  • Includes numbers and special characters
  • No spaces
This policy is enforced system-wide, regardless of the message currently displayed within individual portals.

You can still use your current password unless prompted to update. Users will be prompted to update their password only in the following situations:
  1. The user initiates a password change, or
  2. A new account is created
  3. The password has expired
